Ideal location in the old part of town. Very nicely decorated; friendly staff and spacious rooms. The hotel does have significant water issues; our room (3rd floor) did not have hot water and there were times where the hotel did not have running water at all.

An Amazing structure in really good condition. The lobby has a beautiful statue of Raquel and every room has a name taken from the Bible.

Visited rooftop bar for a drink and was pleasantly surprised by service and life music

This hotel is fabulous the staff is so nice is the only hotel in Havana city which you can see many Cuban people walking around, also has a small mall around.
