Beautiful historical hotel, good location in the middle of the oldtown area of La Habana. Wonderful atmosphere, live concerts at the lobby patio and at the rooftop restaurant. Very nice pool, spacious rooms, retro decoration, very good breakfast and good service.
Best location in central Habana
Really beautiful hotel with impressive architecture. It gives you a wonderful old World feeling. The location is remarkably, close to everything you will want to see in Havana. They also have a live band that plays traditional Cuban music the perfect touch to the hotel's charm
Well placed hotel in the middle of the oldtown area of Habana. Wonderful atmosphere, maintained with different musical events, live concerts that take place through the whole day - at the breakfast and the dinner at the rooftop restaurant and in the Lobby. Nice pool, general old retro plumbing everywhere, spacious rooms, retro furniture, general medium cleanliness, international cuisine in the menu, a wonderful breakfast.
Full of old world charm, staff very friendly and helpful. Open 24 hours. This is an old building so some had occasional issues with hot water, cards not working, lifts etc but the experience was well worth it. Some famous (and notorious) identities had stayed here in the recent and distant past. Cocktails are of average quality. It wins on ambience, if they can improve some of the above it would be truly amazing. Oh, the view from the 9th floor restaurant is panoramic and breathtaking, loved it, would stay here again.
