What an amazing and special place! When we checked-in, we had a warm welcome from the staff members and concierge. We were blessed with a spacious queen room for our honeymoon and we able to enjoy a special dinner on the roof top after a long day of traveling.
This was the ONLY place we were able to access WiFi and it was a god-send because we needed to get in contact with our guides for our tours.
The amenities were VERY clean and brand new; which is rare in Cuba. I know there were a few power outages in the city whilst we were there, but El Candil didn’t seem to be impacted or their backup generators are just that good.
Our concierges spoke perfect English and were very helpful with dinner recommendations and they organized multiple cars for us into town. There was a real kindness about them :)

A wonderful stay close to the centre (walking distance) felt authentic and the owners were so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be visiting Cuba again and thank you for making our time special. We opted for the breakfast and it was so expansive and filling for the day ahead. A very clean space with lots of AC (a dream doe Cuban weather mid August)

An awesome place to have breakfast and people watch in the Square the hotel bartender was Top Notch. It's a must. They also have a nice selection of rum and great service.
Perfect place for a quick February get away. We stayed for a couple of days before travelling to Germany. We enjoyed privacy and lovely staff. Highly recommend! Will be back soon. N&S
This is a great hotel with one of the best staffs I have ever encountered. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The breakfast is delicious and prompt. The atmosphere is incredibly charming. And the staff is attentive, helpful, and have great recommendations. I highly recommend this hotel.
Very beautiful and charming little hotel in the heart of Vedado. Breakfast wast excellent and prepared with lots of love. Everything is nearby and the staff is excellent. The owner Elizandro is a very interesting man and I learned a lot about living in Cuba from him. You can see how much energy and love he puts in his hotel.
Special thanks to the manager Jorge. He makes the best cocktails in town and tried his best to help us with every wish we had.

I don't have one complaint about this place, it was perfect in every way. This hotel was amazing in every aspect, from the unique architecture, to the amenities, the helpful employees that treat you like family. The complementary breakfast was 5 stars, they really go all out, the food was fresh and full of flavor. The bar at the hotel is open 24/7 and if you want to sit there all night and drink, they let you, they also serve lunch and dinner as well. If you need help getting around, they arrange a car for you, I've honestly never stayed at a better hotel than this one. It's exceeded my expectations on every level and for the price it doesn't even compare. When we go back to Cuba, we will definitely be booking La Reserva Vedado again. There are a few people who don't speak a lot of English but if they can't understand you they'll go get someone on the phone right away who can help with whatever you need or take you wherever you need to go. They really go above and beyond. Also there are plenty of places you can walk to for food and drinks as well. We can't wait to go back.
The staff is awesome, discrete and Amanda is a charming lady with a great smile. The rooms are very quited and cleans. Nice pool. Very good zone,near from 23th street. I liked very much the music at the morning, is lovely.
Lovely hotel with lots of old world charm. Great location, close to lots of old-towns best bars and restaurants but also has a nice bar in the courtyard where we had a great breakfast and a few cocktails. Would stay again next time we are in Havana.
Wonderful! We booked 3 nights in the room on the first floor, overlooking the street and terrace. It offers the quality of a 5 star hotel. Very friendly staff!
