The location is great - downtown, so you can walk everywhere and do not need to use the public transportation (during Covid very positive).
Also everything is close by, stores, grocery, you name it.
Only downside could be during the weekend facing the street - teenagers are loud and showing off their cars (we have all been there).
Stayed here for two nights just before Christmas. We were on the top floor in a comfortable, recently renovated room with a small balcony.
The location was convenient to the city center and we were able to park our car across the street in the parking garage with a reduced rate from the hotel.

What an absolute gem. Situated in the heart of Hanover, adjacent to both the opera (Staatsoper Hannover) and the theatre (Staatstheater Hannover), is Kastens Luisenhof. The hotel has a long and fascinating history, yet it is both contemporary and luxurious.
The staff are friendly and helpful: we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. We ate twice in the restaurant and the food was delicious, well prepared and presented beautifully. And the food was accompanied by some great wine! They do have a truly fabulous wine cellar. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay truly memorable.
Zentrum Hotel was pretty cool, quite minimalist however its comfortable and the staff are very friendly, breakfast was pretty delicious too and it's located very close to hannover center c:
Nice place for vacation with kids. Also we had the nice room with the nice bathroom. Unfortunately, the bed was not clean, there are a-lot of dusk in the bed, my kids was allergic about it.
In order to minimize contact with person during the covid 19 pandemic, this hotel was very well done with the safety measures! Well done, but please do the vacuum, cleaner the bed, change the cover before the guest arrive!

Extremely clean, fairly quiet, spacious rooms and the staff were friendly & professional. We stayed in the hostel part. The receptionists spoke good English and said the reception was manned 24/7. Comfortable beds, small tv and towels in the room. Breakfast is meant to be tasty but we ate somewhere else so cannot comment on that. There is some parking in the streets around (not sure of the pricing as we only stayed on Sunday and that was free), and a paid parking lot behind the hostel. Unfortunately, the part we stayed in doesn’t have a lift and we were on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Also, the colour scheme of our room was quite drastic with navy blue and bright yellow walls / furniture.
When travelling from the UK, be aware that in continental Europe in general they tend to take a less strict approach to safety. Of course it’s a generalisation but I have seen it many times. In this particular hostel, the top bunk was very high and had almost no barrier and the two big windows opened freely and fully (being placed quite low in the wall), which was not ideal considering how high it was and the fact that we were travelling with children. Other than that, well worth recommending.
Clean room with free tea/coffee/water, and even cleaning wipes for optics which was very useful.

The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the railway station, but it's located near the area where migrants live.
The windows overlook the windows of the neighboring house, which are very close (and because of this the windows are made of frosted glass).
Nice and clean hotel next to the train station. The room was big, so was the bathroom and the bed was comfy. Anyhow you hear the noises from the neighbors in your room so earplugs are recommended. The service is good. Don't get misled by the premises next to it. You don't hear or see anything of it in the hotel.
Excellent hotel with excellent customer service- the location is great and the rooms are extremely clean- enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back.

It was probably the most efficient room constructions I have ever seen :D We didn't expect much to be honest, but everythings was clean (room itself and toilet you have to share with other guests). Surprisingly there was an own shower in the room! For 2 people it was definitely a big bang for the bug!
Everything was great! The room is very clean. Bed is big and comfy. There is kitchen with a fridge in the room. It was very useful. I guess it is good for longer stay. Excellent breakfast is included in the room rate. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay again my next visit.
