Room was very nice, quite spacious and very big windows with a balcony. No AC as others have mentioned, but it's Germany, there's not really enough hot days to need it. It's in the industrial area, so it's very quiet at night. The restaurant next door makes it the perfect place if you are visiting to work. The breakfast was quite good, the staff was always friendly and helpful. For the price definitely a good choice
