Nice place for vacation with kids. Also we had the nice room with the nice bathroom. Unfortunately, the bed was not clean, there are a-lot of dusk in the bed, my kids was allergic about it.
In order to minimize contact with person during the covid 19 pandemic, this hotel was very well done with the safety measures! Well done, but please do the vacuum, cleaner the bed, change the cover before the guest arrive!
Great place to be if you want to be downtown and the accommodations were great, come a check it out you won't be disappointed.
Fair value-for-money place just a stone's through to the central railway station, the entire city centre is only 5 minites'walk.
The best thing about this hotel is the location and price. Situated beside the train station, the hotel is a short 5 minutes walk to Stadt-Mitte.
If you have stayed at a Novotel Suite before then you will know about the rooms already. They are decent size, especially for a family of four, but fairly basic. The worst thing about the rooms are the toilets which are the same size as toilets in airplanes and trains. There are also no windows or a lot of ventilation which makes using the toilet quite awkward when your a family of four. We also enjoy the offer of a free warm drink and muffin in the morning at reception as part of your stay.
After checking out, my kid and wife wanted to use a toilet room at reception, but concierge didn’t allow us to use the toilet. She just followed some corona rules and mentioned that it is closed. Im curious, dont she using a toilet during a shift as well? This is inappropriate behaviour and policy as well!!!
