Very poor customer service. As someone that travels 6-8 months out of the year, I was never faced with such terrible behavior. My business trip was cancelled due to COVID19 in March, with the cancellation of Hannover Messe. Unlike every other hotel, management decided to charge guests the full amounts! If they can't get their act together with a pandemic and travel restrictions on U.S. guests, then don't trust them with anything else.
Nice, clean and updated rooms; good breakfast; and convenient location close to the train station. Friendly staff. However, I stayed in one of the few rooms that didn’t have A/C during a big heat wave. I slept poorly between the heat and the noise from the construction right below which started very early. As far as I see it, the main purpose of a hotel room is to have a comfortable place to sleep, so the rest of the nice stuff doesn’t matter. Glad to leave.
Renovated hotel. Nice comfortable double rooms with ensuite bathroom.
Terrific breakfast! Very conveniently located, two blocks from the train station.

There is no a/c in the rooms so you will not sleep if it is warm. Every time someone on the corridor leaves their room, your door will rattle in its frame so you will hear the first to the last person heading to breakfast or the train or whatever.
Breakfast staff weren't exactly helpful or pleasant either.
Avoid if you can.
Arrived to no ac like some of these other reviews. When I asked they said they had it in some rooms, but refused to give me one. Here on business so I called my company manager who booked it and after haranguing them I was given a room with ac, no explanation. One morning, despite there being a do not disturb sign on my door, someone walked into my room just after 8am. Elevator broken when I was checking out to had to carry my luggage down the stairs. Definitely would not stay here.
