Muss Mann nicht! Room was freezing cold but they refused to do anything about it. Wifi was also scandalously high priced. My stay was supposed to be for 2 weeks and I cut it down to 2 nights. The Sparkassenakademie was infinitely more friendly and comfortable as well as being conveniently situated.

I really loved this hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were very clean and if you ask the receptionist, she will give you a map to go around Hanover. After a long trip, when I entered the room, it brought a smile on my face and the soft bed gave me a good sleep so as to carry on for my next day. The morning buffet were good too.

People work here are very nice Very quiet and clean room Just opposite to main station

Good hotel but service is not yet up to standard.
