The rooms are clean and well presented and at a reasonable price too, however the lack of air conditioning has been a bit of an issue as it has been 36°C. Yet, the staff were very happy to provide a fan and were very apologetic. Check in was so easy and the staff also can speak English pretty well if your German isn't up to scratch. It was a shame that the bar and restaurant weren't open due to Coronavirus, but I was still able to enjoy my stay. I would recommend this hot for solo travelers, or small families. With its great location (only a 5 min walk from the Bahnhof and city centre) you'll always be able to find something to pass the time.
One of the most disappointing stays of my life.
Room service opened the door twice on me while I was undressed and started yelling. (It was 11:15) and I stood there naked and they still kept talking and yelling with zero courtesy or respect. What a disaster of customer service you had. Its not like the hotel is full and they desperately needed the room, the whole place was empty.
Rooms were horribly designed and uncomfortable
Extremely noisy area with tram passing every 5 minutes
Unfriendly staff, and were disrespectful to me.
They dont even have anything to offer guests, no even a bottle of water, i was dying for some water (cant drink tap for health issues)
And the worst was the price was more than some of the best hotels in town thats what I found out after i gave up and left.
DO NOT STAY HERE. JUST DONT.

We have a problem with this hotel. My advice is not book I'm advance. We do not recommend the hotel.
Lovely room with a balcony. Interesting 50s building & helpful staff. Close to railway station & tourist bus & attractions.
