Nice and clean hotel next to the train station. The room was big, so was the bathroom and the bed was comfy. Anyhow you hear the noises from the neighbors in your room so earplugs are recommended. The service is good. Don't get misled by the premises next to it. You don't hear or see anything of it in the hotel.
Everything was great! The room is very clean. Bed is big and comfy. There is kitchen with a fridge in the room. It was very useful. I guess it is good for longer stay. Excellent breakfast is included in the room rate. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay again my next visit.
Very good hotel with unbeatable low price. You get all what 4 starts hotels have to offer with half the price. Perfect location in the heart of the city, shops are all around. Only annoying part was the unavailability of reception. I had to call to get the door open. I called by phone once to ask for something while outside, there was no answer. I knocked the reception office door in two different times, night and morning, no one was there to open the door.
Really liked this hotel! It's trendy and modern, but doesn't feel "stuffy" at all. Staff is friendly and helpful. I had one minor issue that was taken care of quickly when I mentioned it to the front desk. Great location near metro entrance, with convenient parking underneath. Mini bar was nice touch on top of everything else.

We don’t know how to stay in other hotels now after this one. Very well-thought design, attention to details and friendly staff. I was always so happy to go back to the hotel because everything was just SO PRETTY. It’s modern, it’s urban, it’s hip. Laying in the blankets was just like laying in the clouds. The most beautiful hotel bar I have ever seen!!! You truly feel at home there. They also have a small but cute gym. Good location, city center is walking distance away and we had an amazing view on the Neues Rathaus.
If you are hip and you like design this is the place to be.
Stayed here for two nights just before Christmas. We were on the top floor in a comfortable, recently renovated room with a small balcony.
The location was convenient to the city center and we were able to park our car across the street in the parking garage with a reduced rate from the hotel.

Very friendly service and comfortable rooms. Slept really well in the beds. We were well looked after by the staff who were courteous and attentive at all times. Rooms and bathrooms were cleaned everyday. Uninterrupted Wifi and tasty breakfast. Convenient and very safe location to the main coach, rail station and major shopping center. Main cinema only 8 mins walk. Owner is a charming man who is very helpful.
Hotel was quite good. Stuff in reception and in the restaurant was kind and helpful. I like their friendly approach. The room was clean, fresh no stinky at all and the only bad thing was that soap dispenser was almost empty and I had checked in quite late so did not want to complain. However I recommend to hotel manager that hotel house keeping shall check it each time when they clean. I recommend this hotel.
Nice room. Cosy bed. Modern Bathroom. Just next to the Tram stop what is very handy but can be frustrating a little bit if you are not enough tired by the end of the day. We had no problem with that at all. :)
Great hotel, booked with breakfast. Breakfast is excellent, in-room coffee maker and 4 coffees. On the third day, the bed was changed and the stocks of coffee and sugar refreshed. Arriving on a wagon, you can park nearby in your pockets. Recommend
An OK hotel. Nothing special to brag about. Staff were friendly but didn't speak much English. The fact that elevators had to be used a only two of them (at most) were available made it inconvenient at times. I liked the fact that checkout was at noon
Clean room with free tea/coffee/water, and even cleaning wipes for optics which was very useful.

The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the railway station, but it's located near the area where migrants live.
The windows overlook the windows of the neighboring house, which are very close (and because of this the windows are made of frosted glass).
