Kind staff, beautiful rooms with free coffee
The room looks even better than it looks in the pictures (if that was even possible). I definitely recommend it!
The room was cold when we checked in. While the bedroom part of the room was renovated it still felt like not entirely finished. The bathroom on the other hand felt like a communist country bathroom and as well as the temperature in the room, the water was cold (no hot water and we had to wait for more than an hour to get some). It was disappointing.
Excellent hotel in a quiet part of town. We arrived friday evening and were greeted with a welcoming drink which we really enjoyed! The rooms were very clean and offered everything we needed, starting with comfortable beds, bluetooth speakers and even interesting books! (the shower was a highlight in the morning) The breakfast was scrumptious and the staff was courteous, friendly and knew the insider tips for this part of town. Also they took all necessary precaution measures in times of corona and we felt safe to stay there. We can really recommend the hotel and will be happy to be back!

This was a nice hotel. Location is just perfect! Right in the center of Hamburg, close to the main shopping street, lots of places around in walking distance. You can get there easily by car, public transport and of course taxi. From here you'll be able to do almost anything by foot in the center. Especially if you don't shy away from walking a bit. Would stay again!

Great hotel for a weekend getaway trip to Hamburg. Check in was somewhat non personal as this was done on your own via iPad in the lobby. Otherwise the rooms are nice but not overly large. Ironing boards in the common areas however are terrible..
I stayed here in April 2019 and enjoyed it so much. The stuff was friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent; almost everything you need is within walking distance including metro station, shopping street, the lake, coffee shop and other attractions. The room was quite and clean. However, the internet was cutting off sometimes and I had to call reception to reboot connections. I recommend this hotel and would love to stay in here again.
The rooms are very pretty and modern! The breakfast, the restaurant and the Bar are offering awesome food and drinks! I really recommend the Gin Basil Highball!!
