Excellent hotel in a quiet part of town. We arrived friday evening and were greeted with a welcoming drink which we really enjoyed! The rooms were very clean and offered everything we needed, starting with comfortable beds, bluetooth speakers and even interesting books! (the shower was a highlight in the morning) The breakfast was scrumptious and the staff was courteous, friendly and knew the insider tips for this part of town. Also they took all necessary precaution measures in times of corona and we felt safe to stay there. We can really recommend the hotel and will be happy to be back!
The location is perfect, in a quiet street and downtown. The decoration is beautiful and the staff is really friendly and professional. We were welcomed with 2 glasses of prosecco. The bedroom was comfortable and spacious with great decoration, we felt like at home. If we come back to Hamburg, we will for sure book this hotel again. We had an amazing stay.
