We occupied 3 differents rooms and all alike.
It urgently needs refurbishment. Spacious rooms with worn out furniture and horrible TV sets with limited extra services. Noisy air-conditioning, spacious bathroom, limited wall plugs.
I stayed here in April 2019 and enjoyed it so much. The stuff was friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent; almost everything you need is within walking distance including metro station, shopping street, the lake, coffee shop and other attractions. The room was quite and clean. However, the internet was cutting off sometimes and I had to call reception to reboot connections. I recommend this hotel and would love to stay in here again.

Expensive parking but worth it.
I have nothing bad to say. Stayed 3 nights and everything was great. This includes location (for a tourist, at least) cleanliness, size and layout of room, and in my room's case, the view (pictured). The breakfast buffet is wonderful. And finally, all the staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
