This is a nice hotel - modern, well equipped, and with a nice restaurant and courtyard. I had a loft room - clean, large, but also pricey.
The service is somewhat lacking, though - not wanting to go the extra step: upon arrival I was asked to settle the full amount, because they didn't have a credit card authorization function working, and upon departure they insisted on a fee for a 3hr late check-out (which, I'll admit, very much rubs me the wrong way, feels like when I was paying for internet 10 years ago).
Wasn't bad at all, room was in perfect shape (best bed I've ever slept in,in any hotel.
Service was good (just that we had to wait almost an hour for are dinner as a result of little glitch,would ve been better if we were informed much earlier)staff were helpful and friendly.
Guess my better half would be one or 2 things to say,............ they see things differently then we guys apart from that tumps up
Great hotel with a cool bar / restaurant area. And one of my favorite locations in the city!
I really like the hotel. It has a nice vibe and a nice and fresh approach to the room design. It delivers a great service without the corporate drag...
When I visited the bar, I was met with a very friendly but also loud enviroment. Full house, even during Covid times may be questionable
but there's a little effort with Face masks worn by employees and plexi-glas panels between seat rows. As previously mentioned, the music was a bit too loud to really have the ability to keep a conversation going but the Manhattan Wiskey was pretty good. Pricey and Sweet.
