Amazing Hotel. I know what I am talking about. I have worked here and the dedication and hospitality of my former team members is just amazing. They managend to get thorugh this Pandemic with the same amount of friendliness and a smile like nothing happened. This is what make service and hospitality. I miss my team and this great heritage building.
Lovely rooms, lively view, easy access, fantastic breakfast buffet, clean, friendly. Really just a perfect place to stay in Hamburg. There is a large train stain adjacent to the hotel. There is a beautiful park more or less on the hotel grounds. And it is a pleasant walk to the town center if you choose not to take a train or bus. I will stay there again on my next visit to Hamburg.

There was a construction site outside a hotel. It was a difficult arrival by car. The car garage was a terrible place also. There was only one (or two?) way go inside to the hotel, so also when we came from the city center to the hotel by walk, we walk maybe 1k more.
Lobby and breakfast were great. We had a superior room, we ask two times before that can we have room high us possible. We got a room from level 18...and it was the smallest room at that level.
Usually, we are fans of Radisson and I have always given 5 stars before this, but this time it was disappointing. Ps.check flowers from pictures...
