Friendly staff, clean rooms and good prices! Bonus - the wifi works great!
Booked a room through booking.com, no warnings about the restrictions regarding Covid-19 travel from inland Germany red zones. Reservation was accepted by the hotel without issues and money was taken straight away. Upon arrival in the hotel the receptionist informed us that they cannot check us in due to us coming from red zone(Frankfurt am main) and because our trip was a leisure one not a business one(if we would have been on business trip then apparently Covid-19 restrictions would not work). More than that, when we said that we would like to cancel the reservation and get our money back we were informed that this was a no refund reservation and if we would like we should dispute this with booking.com, when we asked if we could at least call booking.comfrom within the hotel lobby we received a negative response and were basically shown the door in a polite and cheerful way. There is many things wrong with this approach to service delivery that i don't know where to start. All in all - terrible service, which destroyed any positive emotions that we received while visiting Hamburg.
Super hotel, stayed twice after the first wave of Corona and in 2017th.
The service is excellent, personnel is adorable and morning buffet is beneficial.
Accidentally last time I've forgotten envelope with 300 euro in my room, yeah-yeah I know that I shall be more circumspect, but that's happened.

A youngster city hotel. Good price, cool room, and the bar area. Feel a bit like quite hostel with a lot of youngster guests. But it’s great as long as they’re not nock on your door in the morning... The room is colorful and nice, useful opened cupboard and the space under the end of the bed. The radio lamp could be a signature of this hotel.
Excellent accommodation in Hamburg. It was a surprise. I confess that I didn't know the Hotel, but when I got there, I was surprised.
Modern design, clean, airy rooms, perfect air conditioning and heating system. The only thing I think I could have is a minibar. Except that, an excellent place to spend your vacation!
