So much to love about this place. The ambience and decor inside are fantastic. Service and menu are even better. Just pure pleasure every single time we've treated ourselves there in the past 6 years.
Excellent service and rooms. It is close to public transport and restaurants. Can't ask for anything more.
A tip if you have a car: park on the -2 level. There are only a very limited number of dedicated bays on -1. If they are full, you will have to get your parking ticket cleared at reception, to be able to exit -1 and go down a level. This is quite a hassle.
So many fine details in a hotel! You will love it here. The staff it's very kind and helpful and the rooms are very cosy and relaxing. The best place to stay in the HafenCity.
Very nice hotel and flair. Mix between old and modern industrial. The food at Neni is excellent and breakfast, which was add-on charge for me, is great. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! Only star I'm taking is for the bathrooms which look a bit dated and in my room specifically there were stains in the walls making it look more like a hostel than a hotel that's 150€/night.
Environment: definitely a very nice solution of Industrial design, with care for details in order to create a pleasant atmosphere.
I had particularly appreciated the free water bottle and the running cuff in the hall, perfect when you want to go out for a run.
Rooms: clean, modern, comfortable, luminous, functional and with a great design
Breakfast: wide selection of high quality food, a very good way to start your day!
Location: good position, close to the subway (Überseequartier stop)
Payment: payed by card, everything was fine
Staff: very polite and helpful
Services: we did not use any particular service.
I discovered this hotel during the second time for me in Hamburg and I definitely recommend it: I would go back for sure in case of a future trip in the city.
