The hotel has no air conditioning, rather just "cooling pipes" in the ceiling. However, this system failed to work and we had very hot temperatures both nights preventing us from sleeping. We even went to the reception to get it checked, but nothing helped. Real shame! The rest of the hotel is lovely though.
We booked a suite (approx. 425 euro per night) so expected quite a bit (of service). The room itself is ok but the coffee machine doesn’t work, there’s no possibility to listen to music or watch (your own) Netflix in the room and worst: they don’t serve breakfast in the weekend (after calling reception I was explained that we had to pre book breakfast, but they forgot to tell us that when checking in - so no breakfast for us). Def not a hotel I would recommend to a friend. But if you wanna pay a lot & get bad service this is the place to be. PS there is a construction side across the street so no view & lots of construction noises. #nogo

The hotel is on the fancy side but we found the design rather cold and uninspiring (the pool walls
for example are painted in quite unconventional colors - as if selected by a child?). The lobby features meat hanging on the chains in the rear end, making this place not vegan friendly (as another guest claimed in her review). The breakfast buffet was fine but very overpriced (30 euro). The service was also somewhat sloppy. The double bed had a hard separator in the middle. On the positive side, there is a vallet parking and the corona situation is handled nicely indeed. The location is very central, but without views as another user already noted.
The spa section is just amazing. The swimming pool, the jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath are well managed and easily accessible. The rooms are neat and has a designer touch. The staff is friendly and well-behaved. It has everything what you could expect from a 5 star stay.
