Kind staff, beautiful rooms with free coffee
It was the unique experience in this old timer hotel. Staff was super friendly and helpful would definitely stay there again.
I felt I traveled 40 years back in time, but the standard was up to date. Really friendly staff, and the hotel is located close to the central station. It was very quiet, but I would have loved a little thicker top mattress on the bed. Be aware, the coffee and tea on the room was quite expensive.
cute hotel, TERRIBLE service !
We checked in for a weekend in Hamburg, the hotel is pretty well situated close to the main train station as well as the Rathaus square.
Unfortunately we were not satisfied with our stay! Kindly note that the hotel is very loudy, you can hear your neighbors all the time. We kindly requested a room on top floor before our arrival ; they gave us one on the first floor !! We couldn’t relax in the room because there is no carpet on tje floors and our upstairs neighbor was walking 24/7 with heels !
We left a moment ago and were totally ignored by the two girls at the front desk, so we dropped the keys and left. Too bad for us and too bad for you... we won’t come back to your place again in March and you are getting a bad review :/ cheers!
