We love this hotel and stay as often as possible in this lovely location situated directly in town at the breathtaking place at the Alster.

This hotel was not what I had expected, the general ambiance was not up to par with a good five star.

After always hearing about how amazing the hotel must be I was somewhat disappointed. If course it is quite an experience, I simply thought it would be even better.

Scenic location in a beautiful hotel that is classic, elegant Europe.
