The hotel has no air conditioning, rather just "cooling pipes" in the ceiling. However, this system failed to work and we had very hot temperatures both nights preventing us from sleeping. We even went to the reception to get it checked, but nothing helped. Real shame! The rest of the hotel is lovely though.

We ended up staying one night at Superbude because our train got cancelled, and what a lovely "surprise" that was!
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel has a fun, stylish atmosphere, that's very fit for a group of friends, young couple or families with children.
The highlight for me is that the hotel is truly pet *friendly*, and I felt like my dog was welcome there, unlike some hotels that allow pets but still seem to frown upon them.
A really nice experience, made me wish I had stayed there the whole trip to begin with, and I certainly will if I return to Hamburg
The room was cold when we checked in. While the bedroom part of the room was renovated it still felt like not entirely finished. The bathroom on the other hand felt like a communist country bathroom and as well as the temperature in the room, the water was cold (no hot water and we had to wait for more than an hour to get some). It was disappointing.
Wasn't bad at all, room was in perfect shape (best bed I've ever slept in,in any hotel.
Service was good (just that we had to wait almost an hour for are dinner as a result of little glitch,would ve been better if we were informed much earlier)staff were helpful and friendly.
Guess my better half would be one or 2 things to say,............ they see things differently then we guys apart from that tumps up
Really good location in the Sternschanze area of Hamburg. The area is teeming with great restaurants and the hotel is located across from the subway station, so all of Hamburg is accessible. Great breakfast and service that was both professional, very friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommendable.
The "Large" room is very spacious and comfortable, the mattress was no longer that firm, but we still slept very well!
Breakfast was not served as buffet (for legal covid-related reasons) but the staff made their best to transform the experience in a pleasant moment.
Location very good, with very regular bus to the heart of city centre.

Really friendly and helpful staff, nice sized clean room, basic kitchen appliances, good location 15min walk from center, very good prices. Internet somewhat shaky, consistent working is not always possible. Walls rather thin, when neighbors come back at 1:30 and talk and laugh you hear a lot. But at that price, overall still pretty good, friendly, located and would be happy to go back :)
The rooms are very pretty and modern! The breakfast, the restaurant and the Bar are offering awesome food and drinks! I really recommend the Gin Basil Highball!!
