Best hotel in gurgaon... Price is too much low... I love this
The Hotel is Really very Nice for both longer and shorter stays .Staffs are very helpful and Friendly in nature all staff are well mannered .They do Good enough hospitality n have a sweet behaviour. Specially "Mr. Pankaj" who is very kind and helpful in nature and always puts his best towards their guests.
The rooms are exceptionally clean and immaculate.
I regularly visit this hotel and this time I stayed for 5 night here ,room provided to me was spacious,well cleaned,location is in bit interior but thats not a concern,u will find good market nearby even restaurants too.
Good to see staff asking for feedback.
overall value for money...can stay with friend-family too...a budget hotel.
Recommending to all type of visitors.

This Place is just wow , Everything in the Hotel was just perfect , Rooms , staff , food , Interior of the rooms was just awesome , properly dry cleaned towels added more to hygiene. We felt we were in safe hands in Gurgaon , Balcony helped me to smoke without spoiling the room ambience , Room service Boy Mahesh is so hard working and dedicated towards his work , Good to meet a person like him , Whenever I will be in Gurgaon , i will never forget this place.
I have made the booking going by the huge number of positive reviews here. But, unfortunately, my expreience was not so pleasant.
This was from 2 weeks back and things might have changed from then, but just putting out my feedback here in case it helps someone.
Negatives:
1) Door lock didn't work from the outside. Had to shift to a different room later.
2) Misplaced the room key and was asked to spend the night in other room, in office formals, rather than making an effort to get my room opened. This was later sorted after I insisted to get my room opened.
3) Breakfast, on all 4 days of my stay, took forever to be delivered. When asked, they said the gas wasn't working. I do agree that there will be unforeseen issues, but would've been better to keep us informed rather than waiting until we follow up!
4) Curtain rod in the shower holds on to the wall with just a rubber grip and no proper curtain holder. It collapsed when I tried to close the curtain gently.
5) Room wasn't cleaned for two consecutive days even after asking to clean
6) The receptionist looked like he didn't want to be there and had a very lazy approach to everything.
Positives:
1) The rooms are pretty spacious and the linen was clean.
2) Staff, apart from the receptionist mentioned above, were all responsive and helpful.
3) Locality is peaceful but not so far from everything.
