It's an old villa heritage one nice spacious rooms,they have 3 bedroom villa, 2 types with lawn and party hall for events and private party, value for money. They have bar , billiards and other indoor games.
Hotel built is good but worst staff I experienced here. Gyser wasn't working in 7 degree cold temperature. Breakfast wasn't ready even by 10 AM. I was supposed to leave at 9AM after breakfast which I informed to staff in night but still there was no care, i woke up in morning made some calls to staff and then they woke and started there day in lazy "we don't care" mode. I asked them to clean window mirror of my car they responded like "I don't do that, I have other work, i am alone" I heard there gossips they were saying "bagha esko jaldi khila ke". If this was in my power i would cancelled hotel license of these people. Even a house hospitality is good then this hotel, serious worst experience ever.
The hotel is superb. I loved everything about this hotel so much that's why I visit here very often. The location of this place is beautiful , there is greenery all around it. The room was very good as well &the staffs very very good & cooperative too. Special thanks to Deepak - property manager
It’s a neat and clean villa with the best service given by the staff and cooks. The food is very tasty over there.
