The property was spacious, beautiful and well maintained. Rooms were good and staff was very humble. Food was also delicious. Would love to plan a visit again.
It was disppointing experience as I had booked from Agoda website then I tried reaching for confirmation in the resort but I wasn't able to connect then also I could hv sensed something fishy but I trusted anyways by looking to the Google reviews so I went to the resort on 6 th September 2020 so I reached late at around 4 pm on that day but note during this time there was no call about the booking anyways I went to the resort and they gave me the room to my disappointment the room was not properly clean and tea bags or soaps where given for only one person it was my anniversary that day so I asked if they can do anything for us but there was no rply anyways there was nothing open for entertainment ,pool was empty or any form of entertainment was there . The day went very dull but the FOOD IS GOOD though but nothing special was there as Due to Covid they didnt had any menu items..we ordered birayani only and also complained about room hygiene they did offered me another room. But we where already settled anyways we escaped early morning ... Only relief came After coming home safely .. I would NOT RECOMMEND this resort to ANYONE....PLZZZ CHECK BEFORE U FALL INTO A TRAP

The room interior was very poor, looks a inadequately modified old property. Quality of service is very poor. House keeping never picks up the phone.Did not supply water bottles even after calling thrice to the operator and reception. Tea bags/ coffee satchets never refilled during our 4 days stay. Very poor stay experience overall.
Money minded Owner, GM, Managers and such higher staffs. Giving good service was the last thing on their minds.
Which hotel says that their whole staff is gone for lunch together, so we will assist you only after an hour!!!
We hired the hotel for my brothers marriage and the most memorable moments were given by the hotel employees and their arrogance in service.
"20 crore ki property hai" was emphasized by the manager oftenly. I don't know what was he trying to prove by saying that?
