Loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms are beautiful and even the bathrooms. The staff is super friendly. And the theme and the lobby look adorable.
They have play area, gym, conference area, and I appreciate the book section the most.
This place is worth staying.
Nestled in Gurugram, a newly opened place with nice decor. A bit hard to locate. Not a very picturesque location, but quiet enough, away from the main roads and city bustle. Staff is courteous and responsive.
It's such a beautiful place. Gives your Nordic feeling.
Good hospitality. Though sometimes, you need to remind them of your services (happens!).
On special request, they provided me electric kettle, hair dryer, coffee-suga-creamer sachet in my room.
Anyone who likes green space , will enjoy this place.
Things to improve:
1. Alignment of the TV. Viewing angle from the bed is little difficult. The TV angle should be adjustible for better viewing angle.
2. Should expand their menu.
Warm reception, good, comfortable stay for some time. Beautiful on a cold spring evening
