I had a 2 night stay here. Initially the room I got was really not clean and things were not functional. After informing the management of this I got upgraded to a better room. Breakfast was sent to the room but limited options from the menu. Food was quite average overall but could be customised so appreciated that. Service can be a bit slow at times. Also floors that closest to the rooftop bar can hear and feel the vibrations of the activity happening. All in all was an average stay.
Attend an official gathering at the hotel. Since Kitchen was just next to the conference room, it was somewhat disturbing in the middle. Maintenance guys were consistent with their regular maintenance drills. If we leave the above points apart, cleanliness was maintained and interiors uptill the reception were decent for a 3star property.
Hotel was good as it is. The buffet was quite well made and had good options. Rooms are neat and excellently maintained. It had a weird washroom with glass door and glass wall, giving it complete transparency to the room, which is a design flaw difficult to understand. Thankfully, it had a motorised blind.
Room service was a little uncooperative. It was a official stay and not many services were required. But even basic amenities like drinking water was chargeable at 13 times the price.

Ambience was great and couldn't have been better.
We visited Ladera restaurant yesterday. Ambience was good. Attended nicely by service team and all the items we ordered were fantastic.
