Nice and budgeted place to stay. Staff is much more helpful and overwhelming. They take care of your needs and maintain hygiene process too.
I just stay here for few hour, ambiance looks ok but there are many things need to change. 1. Bathroom supplies like shampoo... are used ones. 2. For two person they provided only one towel. 3. Lot of noise from bed, you will not get a good .
Worst experience ever. You have to ask for every small thing from them whether its a water bottle or a towel. Also, the water there is not complimentary. We directly booked for 5 people with balcony. They overcharged us for the room and also, allocated us a single room. When they were asked to provide a mattress, the request was denied by their facilities. It took a lot of convincing from our end for an extra room at the given cost, otherwise, they were asking for more money in order to get an extra room.
Pathetic experience. Will never recommend this hotel specially when booked directly. They are fraudsters and will charge more than the tarrif . Will give zero in hospitality , room service
Overall good service, i recommend this one for a peaceful stay
