My partner and I stayed there for three nights. Gramado is such a nice and beautiful town. It’s easy to get Uber around coz lots of tourists. Btw you can find hotels around there also and good service and good benefit etc we booked this hotel coz of course WiFi available you know you like to contact to family and what we are doing and sometimes needs to check emails etc ... we had really a bad WiFi connection so we asked the receptionist on the first day when we found out the issue but until we left after three nights NO result we payed $$$ not for WiFi but if they put WiFi available should work. Also one the receptionist is taking loudly unprofessional and you can hear next door and we heard kids running around if you are choosing this hotel you can find better benefit and good price no recommended!! Towels are not enough the floor in the bathroom easy to gets wet need more towels. TV sometimes had an issue that signal is cut off ...
