What an experience, perfect in every way. The staff was amazing, so helpful and kind, and the hotel - well the photos just speak for themselves. Sparkly clean, with a massive bathtub with hydro massage, Loccitaine toiletries, a welcome little bottle of champagne and sweet and savory snacks in the price of the room and far from the center of Gramado but in a very quiet street.
