Excellent hotel with an even better staff. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Centrally located, and a short walk to all of Gramado. On site parking was a huge plus!

It has all it takes to he a fantastic hotel but, as I have been told by staff, since the owners decided to sell it they give it no maintenance at all. What a pity.
