The hotel is AMAZING! Near everything. The staff is super professional and nice. The room is confortable and clean. The breakfast is one of the best I ever had.
Hotel Saint Andrews is by far one of the most exceptional hotels I have ever stayed in anywhere. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. Greeted with champagne, special surprises, teas, meals, wines and celebrations throughout our stay. But what stood out the most was the additional effort the chef went to, to make me my favorite pastry for breakfast each morning. He not only researched it but then discovered how to make it and baked it fresh each morning. This and every touch that the staff and hotel does leaves you feeling like you never want to leave. An exceptional experience unlike any other.

Uma experiência completa e perfeita em cada detalhe. O chalé em pipa de vinho é muito mais do que uma acomodação diferente, é um lugar extremamente confortável, com boa climatização, cama macia, chuveiro quente e uma minicozinha muito completa. O café da manhã é servido no quarto, o que faz muita diferença na comodidade, principalmente para quem gosta de comer sem pressa e com mais conforto. A variedade é boa e os pães, salame, queijos e doces são muito gostosos. A área externa da pousada é muito boa para pegar um solzinho e tomar chimarrão em meio à natureza. Só tenho a agradecer ao Fábio e a Renata, os donos, que foram extremamente simpáticos desde o primeiro contato e extremamente receptivos em atender cada um dos nossos pedidos. Um final de semana perfeito em um lugar que com certeza visitaremos outras vezes.
Excellent hotel with an even better staff. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Centrally located, and a short walk to all of Gramado. On site parking was a huge plus!
Great place to stay, nice deck. Breakfast room can get crowded. The staff is amazing. Apt 24 has unreliable wifi so meetings were impossible (on feedback they said they’re going to fix it), and I wish they had comfy couches so working for long hours wouldn’t be a problem. No lunch/dinner options but you can order delivery from other places. I’ll certainly return if they have better internet.
This is an absolutely beautiful and charming family cottage hotel by the lake, and attention to details on guest comfort is simply superb. The staff here felt like a family, and they go the extra mile to ensure your stay here is as safe and pleasant as possible.

I would rate this place more stars if it was possible ! The service of the hotel is out of this world and they have a very big variety for breakfast. The rooms are very clean and it made my stay in the wonder Gramado all the long better.

Ótimo lugar para se conectar com a natureza, fica na distância perfeita entre Gramado e canela, muito bom para turistas que precisam se locomover com Uber. Os chalés são limpos todo dia, possuem lareira, aquecedor e split inverso (você não passa frio de forma alguma).
