The house is comfortable, large kitchen, living room, 2 toilets. A place for families with children. Far from the beach.
We were with my wife and children everything ok warmly nice owner only a little little pots but we managed.
A flat even cool. But closed patio doors and windows are some of the key and can not open, and if you want to light up to be standing in front of the house like a snowman, it is not comfortable. And the temperature controller closed in the code box and the set temperature of 13 degrees?!?!?!?! It's winter and it's warm to wintertime it is not like ..... The toilet at the bottom is clogging up and the water is standing ... Honestly? For such a price it is unacceptable in my opinion but everyone has their taste and tolerance.
We occupied the upper two-level flat in the semi-detached house on the left side of the house. A lot of space for a very reasonable price. Clean and comfortable. The kitchen lacked a few pans and pots but the rest of the utensils are. Bathrooms with towels, neat and clean. The downside was the placement of toilet paper by the tub - after each wash it was wet. 3 double bedrooms + sofa bed downstairs. Beds as comfortable, clean and fresh bedding. Minus one star for not being able to control the thermostat - it was too hot during the night and too cold during the day. I think I'm an adult and I know when I want it to be warmer or colder - well, there are no limiters in the taps;)
The owner very nice and kind. You can get along on many issues.
I recommend for large families - a large kitchen can do it;)
I recommend, space, beautiful apartment, children did not want to leave.
