Please note that the hotel part for private guests is a theme hotel of Alice in Wonderland. We were not expecting it and did not like this fact much as the interior of the room and hotel looked a bit too crazy - a clear glass toilet door with Johnny Depp on the wall. Our couple massage treatment was cancelled by the hotel and the complimentary welcome drinks were not drinkable due to their taste. What was nice is the park around the hotel, getting free bikes and being able to use the pool and sauna I including well tasting tea. Also, the beds were quite comfortable and the staff was generally friendly.
Hosting was definitely 5 star. Anna at reception went out of her way. Spa treatment not included was a little pricey. Spa equipment included were very nice, clean and up to good standards. The hotel from the outside matched the inside - impressive inside and out. Will stay here again in the future
Loved every second of this stay. Incredible hotel and exceed expectations in terms of photos. However if trying to avoid children you should be aware many children on the grounds as public walk through
Beautifully designed and well executed hotel. Service is highly professional and extremely friendly. The spa services are excellent. the theme is subtle enough that is does not make the place cheesy or tacky which is really nice.
