The tablet system that they utilizing their room cannot be beaten by any other hotel. The breakfast here was amazing, at this particular location I would say it is better than Radisson. be careful if utilizing the parking here though. It is incredibly tight and if you have a large vehicle you may not be able to do it.

Love the PURO hotels! My go to now for city breaks in Poland! Such great value for money! Rooms so ultra modern! Lovely and stylish!
I don't know which interior architect thought having see-through, glass-walled bathrooms was a good idea. There is a curtain you can pull so you don't see your roommate in the crapper or taking a shower, but I think it's a ridiculous design choice.
Warning: The hotel is situated right next to a giant construction project and there is a very tall crane. The builders work between 8AM-10PM.
Breakfast was fine. Staff were helpful, albeit monotonous and impersonal.
Positive:
-modern-looking room
-comfortable bed
-nice effort on the technology in the room
Negative:
-the rolling curtain fell on us during the night
-the management's response when we told him was just to note the info down to get it repaired, not a word of apology for us, or a cup od coffee offered, or anything, very disappointing service.
-the technology didn't work, we tried casting on the TV from 4 devices (2 phones, 1 tablet, 1 laptop) and it never worked,
-the dustbin lid was broken, which is not something we want to touch

Conclusion:
We would have come back, but the front desk's reaction to the rolling curtain falling on us deterred us.
On arrival, check-in was easy, check-in early at no extra cost, room was clean and very comfortable, staff were very helpful when asked for advice on attractions, reception pointed us in the right direction, gave advice on transport system and if bus or train was easier, big thanks to Łukasz at the reception for all help and professionalism. The whole experience was great and it made our satay in Gdansk just brilliant .I very recommend this hotel in Gdańsk.
