Kudos to Tracy at the front desk!! Made reservations online to escape the historic snowstorm, when we arrive there was a line of about 30 other evacuees. She handled the crowd quickly, and with a smile. She showed extreme grace under pressure. Over the next few days of our stay, she was always there, and always had the best attitude. You are lucky to have Tracy in your employment. She is a jewel!
This is probably one of the better spots to stay at when visiting Galveston. Right across from the beach and right on Seawall BLVD, there are plenty of spots to go to. Rita is a great custard and ice cream spot that is right next to the suites.
The room that we were provided with was great. Quite clean, no bug problems, and it feels a bit bigger than it looks due to it being open. It has the kids bed next to door and a couch that turns into a bed.
The experience overall was great and I would gladly go there again.
