Rooms were clean, amenities were nice (heated pool, fire pits, bar with live band) and friendly staff. Easy to walk across the street to the beach and nearby eateries. Only disappointment was that there was no transportation to Pleasure Pier which ended up costing $10 - $16 per day on top of hotel parking charges of $8 per day. I would recommend this hotel.
This location is great, my room was clean, the staff is friendly, I enjoyed the views and the live music at the bar. We didn’t stay too long because people were not self distancing. This location has an outdoor room entrance I wish I knew that before booking but still had a pleasant stay.
I would give 10 stars if I could. Absolutely amazing hotel. Caters to kids and we love traveling with our kids. I recommend this hotel to every parent traveling with kids!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!! Cant wait to go back!
Reserved room 2 weeks ago. They called to verify we were coming....but gave the nice room and was told should have come earlier! This is our view for bed and lucky us we are by all service trucks...pumping grease and all. Oh lets not forget the vent from the kitchen being here too! Never again......
Booked through a third party (Trips.com). I payed Trips.com, who then got charged by this hotel. An ice storm was due to enter the Houston area and I could no longer stay at this resort. The hotel REFUSED a refund despite the inclement weather. I tried pleading with both parties, tried explaining the situation, and nothing came of it. The hotel ran me around in circles explaining it was Trips.com that needed to refund me, and Trips.com told me to contact the hotel. Because of this, Trips.com refused to refund me. Now I will never stay at this hotel, or use Trips.com. Beware.
