Hotel should be more than a two star! Best hotel I’ve stayed at so far.
It was very nice. The views were AMAZING. The location was the best. Easy parking, garage parking at that. Customer service was great as well.
We are currently in hour 19 of a blackout in sub-freezing temps but the hotel staff has been amazing. They are as accommodating as can be. On top of that management is letting employees stay here if they want due to the power outages. That kind of generosity normally doesn’t exist in large companies. These ladies at the front desk deserve raises for how they’ve handled it all. When ever I come back I will definitely stay here. The Holiday Express Chain needs to recognize this hotel and these employees for how they’ve handled this situation.
We stayed at the end of December, leaving January 1. It is a very convenient place, and an easy walk to a lot of fun place. It's clean, quiet, comfortable and affordable! The staff were all very polite and personable! The view of the beach is gorgeous any time of day!
Rooms are very spacious and nice and clean. View from our balcony was amazing right on the gulf. Has a great bar and restaurant right next door. For the money can't beat it! Just wish we hadn't pick the winter storm to visit!
Wonderful resort! I think if you have 1-4 people staying with you, this is a wonderful place! They have wonderful service. There was only one worker at our check-in time and something happened with my banking account. Anyway, this is a wonderful place to go if it is just you or even for a group. If you call for an item, when you pick it up they are nice. I will be coming back when I have a chance.
