This was a really nice hotel, it was really easy to check in. They had English support, and an English-speaking staff member there when I arrived. There were all kinds of amenities that you'd expect at a very nice business hotel. Checkout was absolutely simple, you just dropped the key into the box by the door. You can come in after hours, there's a code that they give you so that you don't have to check in at the front desk. And even Uber Eats is allowed to buzz in and deliver food to you! I didn't do it, but I witnessed someone else order it, so I might do it next time! Super clean, fresh towels, just a very nice business style hotel. I happened to find a good booking online and got a really decent price too; go around on different websites!
Much better places to stay in Fukuoka for the same price. It’s basically a block of flats. The rooms aren’t the same as the pictures. We found hairs on the floors and bedding. The amenities are very bad: no microwave, no iron, and the washing services are (on the ground floor with no detergent supplied in the room) coin operated and expensive - much better laundromats nearby. There are two wardrobes in the room but only two coat hangers. One cup for two people staying and the list goes on. AVOID STAYING IN THIS MONEY GRABBING ACCOMMODATION.
