Great room in a good location
The location is excellent. 10 minutes walk to Hakata station, 3 minutes to Canal City, walking distance to Tenjin. There is also a convenience store directly across the road. Rakusuien, a Japanese garden, is next door, and Sumiyoshi Shrine is nearby, making it a quiet place with a nice environment for a walk. Security is also good.
The room is spacious and clean. Beds are large and well equipped. The kitchen also has a refrigerator, microwave, water server, cooking utensils and tableware. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom. The bathroom also has heating.
It is a stylish condominium hotel where you can live comfortably with an iron and clothesline. It is also recommended for long-term stays.
Room is large and bathroom is very clean. I was able to relax very comfortably without having one thing as a quarters. Hakata Station is 5 minutes walking distance, so traffic is convenient.
It is near from Hikata Station, and place is relatively wide, and sleeping is comfortable, and is pleasant and is very good.
The disadvantage is that there is no reception desk in the apartment, so you have to get the entrance and the accommodation - password at the reception reception which is 5 minutes away from the Hakata station before you come to the apartment.
