Reviews from visitors:
Initially I was wowed by their facility, but this expectancy quickly diminished after difficulty with their check-in time policy. The staff was present but they refused to let people check in until exactly at 4:00. Even a guest next to me try to check-in at 3:50, and they told him to wait. I spoke with a staff about an issue with my room. The person whom I spoke with was unprofessional and rude. I’ve been Fukuoka before, and I didn’t encounter this kind of rudeness before.
When I walked into my private room, it looked nice, clean with an equally nice, clean bathroom. However, I found later that night that my queen bed was actually two twin beds pushed together with bumpy pillows. I also found that the hallway echoes. All night, I could hear guests talking and walking up until 1:00 am. I needed to leave the next morning at 7:00. I recommend that if you want a nice looking but uncomfortable facility, to visit here.
They are a really co-working place with cafe, bar and restaurant. And as far as I know companies are having business meetings in their place too. Also you can stay with them as they offer accommodation. They are a pretty new start up / business model - really nice vibes!
Good place to stay if your looking for a budget accomodation near to the train station, mall and the city. Beside is a spa sauna, so can go to feel relax.
I went to rent a bike here, the price was quite high, 2.000 yen but the bicycle was in very smooth condition.
The low point was in the advertisement they showed that the price was for one day and they closed at 9pm, I asked for the option to return the bike at the next day at the time they are opening but sadly they rejected and asked for two days fee lol, I couldn't see the difference, they can not rent it if they are closed. In summary I paid for 12.5hrs renting but paid 1 day(24hr) renting.
A really cozy guest house, the concept of HafH is rather new and interesting. The cafe on the first floor also has good-quality coffee and food.
