I stayed here for two nights Nov 27-28, 2019. My first impression was not good but I changed my outlook as I enjoyed the facilities. I got value for money after all.

+Friendly, outgoing staff. +Affordable. +Great location in the centre of Fukuoka. +Excellent room size. -Could have been a little cleaner, but not enough to complain about

it's good hotel

very convenient closed to Canal City few blocks from Tenjin surrounded with restaurants, shops room is larger than other Japanese hotel very big bathroom not too expensive only downside os that , all rooms are smoking room

A little bit expensive, the room is spacious, though. The location is close to food street but not very close to station. You need a 10-min walk and also need to go through the area full of pubs ( not that good kinds).
