Reviews from visitors:
Pretty nice new hotel with a great location. Easy walk from the Hakata train station, eating and shopping.
Perfect place for both business/private travel stay. We stayed 2 nights for private trip. It places just on the halfway point between Hakata station and the Nakasu area. They have nice beds, private bath, closet, and perfect amenities. I love these towels and hair dryers. The view from the room is ok. Gym area is a bit small for me but ok. They also have a large public bath.
Really nice hotel. Food was great. Bath house was good. Very relaxing. Good location too
Excellent and brand new hotel, near Hakata. Convenient location too.
Came on a Thursday night a few weeks after it opened in October and paid 19800 yen including breakfast for a standard room.
The design is modern Japanese with an exclusive feel, lots of staff to usher you to elevator and bow till you disappear. Room is ok size with all the sockets you need at arms reach from the bed.
They have a communal bath on lobby floor which includes a Suana. On the same floor they also had a small gym with some running machines and a chest press.
But this hotel, I believe will struggle considering the design is nice but doesn't command the price - there is nothing exclusive about it. The room was nice but amenities were average. The communal bath smelt like light chlorine and was dark with just one bath... Nothing special, didn't even have a clock so you could know how long you were there. Breakfast I would go as far to say was bad - scramble eggs put on flat plate under aircon so was cold, so was the sausages and bacon. Didn't have water on buffet, so many vegetables but we're either could or just didn't look good to eat. Non 100% juices on buffet - imagine sweet orange juice.
The mitsui hotel next door just opened as well and I stayed for 12000 yen, had larger room, onsen on top floor with outdoor onsen and an great breakfast.
I would suggest to look for something else - this is just a well designed average buisness hotel.
