The hotel is great! Room is clean, cozy and brand new, seems nearly opened last year 2019. The price is very reasonable, given the location is good, 7 minutes walk to the Hakata Station, down stair also have super market, can buy some drinks and snacks when hungry

NEWLY opened 11nov 2019, very modern! standard queen bedroom about 15 sqm/160 sqft, would only recommend for single traveler, double would be super tight. however rates are definitely reasonable so one can easily book 2 rooms. interactions with front & housekeeping staff have all been very warm and friendly. bar/restaurant in small lobby, free very fast wifi, coin laundry 300¥wash/100¥dry. 10 minutes leisurely walk via hakata subway station (access from fuk airport), exit #5 under miyako hotel has lift and escalators. ample automated vertical parking spaces next door and in the area.

However, the room is quite small, and the lounge below has a nice atmosphere, but the food is disappointing. However, there are only chain izakaya in the neighborhood, and there are not many meals outside ...
The front desk service is business. I stayed for several nights, but he wouldn't ask me for room cleaning. The consecutive nights were hard.
