Gorgeous hotel. This was my second time staying and the rooms did not disappoint. However, customer service was a bit lacking. It took 3 tries to get someone on the hotel phone and they ran out of certain lunch items. Otherwise a good place to stay with a good location.
Brand new hotel that has stellar rooms for a great price. The afternoon tea is fantastic. The in room massages leave much to be desired. The doorman is dressed in an old school outfit that I just love. Service is pretty good. Only had breakfast and I enjoyed it. Some decent views on the top floor.
Beauitful hotel with great spa and view of hakata.
This is a very new hotel just in front of Hakata Station. Location is very convenient with plenty of restaurants near by. Rooms is modern and good size. Good size bathroom with separate toilet. The roof top onsen and heated pool+jacuzzi is perfect after the long day out. Highly recommend.
I am very appreciated about the service. Actually today I lost my shoe in the taxi then I informed the front desk and they listed all the taxi company in Fukuoka and call them. Around 30 minutes past and they found the taxi and I got my shoe back. I am trying to say that their service is very good, and they tried their best to help us.
