Stayed at the hotel for a month following the corona situation, the location is very convenient. The balcony was great to enjoy the sun. And the free parking was also a great +. The owner was helpful and very nice! The only negative point is that there was no room cleaning.
We stayed in Coco for a month and we couldn’t choose better. Room is proper size and super bright with big balcony and everything you need. Owner is very kind and helpful and response very quick too any message. Free parking spots at the bottom level if you travel by car. Place is very quiet though convenient with walking distance to old town. Try 290 yen tonkatsu ramen next door as well!
The room is not only clean but also comfortable, just like the photos provided by the others. They have almost every equipment except a TV. There are few restaurants nearby, but the traffic is convenience (only takes about 5 minutes to walk to the subway). The receptionist is very nice, and he told us how to go to the restaurants and the subway nearby.
It was a good stay and very affordable. 5-6 minutes walk to subway going to Fukuoka airport, Shinkansen and other shopping station such as Tenjin, Nakasu Kuwabata
If you're looking for a place to stay in Fukuoka, look no further! Great price great place, bus stop and train station is close, and the best part is the owner is very very nice
