As soon as I noticed it, I immediately told the front desk that it was a photo of a tatami twin room of a different grade. All the twins have photos that look like they have this washroom, and once you check in, you can't change it, and there will be an additional charge. Despite the fact that the hotel is the first hotel to stay and cannot be confirmed without entering the room, he replied that it would be a problem even if he entered the room once. I'm not a psychic person, so I can't confirm before entering.
I was too dissatisfied with the response, and when I went to the front desk this time, instead of the response from the upper side, if I told the same thing again, there was a vacancy in the room with a washroom, so I could change it.
