An average place to stay for the price.The place is a little hard to get to via public transport. My biggest gripe with the place was the small toilets and the cramped living areas of the double room we got for 5 people. A little hard to lay out our luggages. But it was alright.

I felt really comfortable. enough large room.

Clean and the appartement we had was big enough for 5 people. Mattresses are a bit hard for western standards, but OK.

Basic rooms. Close enough to everything in Fukuoka. No washing machine installed. Room smells moldy. Nights are noisy with many SE Asian tourists staying in this building and not respecting anyone else's quiet time.

Water temperature was erratic and difficult to control.
