It’s a fully refurbished hotel ... the lounge and all is great. But the toilet in the room is really small and cramped. The drainage is slow as well for the tub so bathing is a dread. The sink drainage seems to be rusty as well. So the one star less is really for the bathroom.. otherwise the deco, the service and the furniture all great
This hotel is brand new one! It’s really amazing hotel! Just located by subway station so good! This is very cool too! The lobby floor is really nice! There are a bare in the lobby and the decorations looks really cool! Especially they serve completely free beer and sangria in the lobby everyday from 1730-1830!! It’s amazing! The room is relatively small but it’s comfortable! Maybe the bathroom is very tiny... but it’s clean. There is a restaurant! Around this hotel there are many enjoyable place and amusement spots. It’s good! I like this hotel and want to stay again! Enjoy!!
Very cool hotel to stay at. If you are looking for somewhere with an upbeat and fun atmosphere you will love it here. The reception area is very trendy and modern with a big open bar area and good music on all day. The breakfast is great, and the free beer at happy hour is amazing! Would recommend.
The Lively Hakata, most of Global Agents' properties, looks very fancy, promises alot, and yet fails to justify its price tag.
The staff is kind but the rules are annoying, the bar closed earlier than said, there is no late checkout unless you pay for another day, and while this is probably more the fault of the corona pandemic, also basically a ghost town. There is little to no socialization to be done here other than with the bored staff stuck in this ghost of a hotel.
The room is very basic. Nothing special, and at those prices you could find way better properties. The bed isn't even cleaned every day, only amenities.
The pool table, and resturaunt however were decent, and the lunch is decently priced for what you get.
Wouldn't recommend during this time, perhaps once tourism opens again there will be more socializing and enjoyable opportunities. I wont be there for the second time, however.
Hotel is nicely located in busy area. You can get everything nearby. People are supportive and kind. I had issue with lighting. There is no bright light in rooms. Which made me give one less star. ( Don't believe that they give you sovenior for not letting the room cleaned. I tried but didn't get )
