Newly opened in August 2019. Clean and tidy. Resonable size for twin bed room. Convenient location. Staff are polite, helpful and friendly. Offer to help us to call taxi to go to airport. Will definitely come back soon.
Staff are nice & friendly but they’re extremely rigid. Don’t allow us to check in until the clock strikes exactly 2pm. One kind staff said we could check in at 1pm, but when we went to check at 1:30pm, a different staff simply said the room is not ready (without checking) and said it’s too early. Come on... We’ve been sitting there at the lobby since 9am. 5 hours of waiting and they can’t even let us check in 30mins earlier when the room was just empty and ready for us.
Apart from that, rooms are modern. Small, but definitely much better than other hotels in Japan. Good location as well, walking distance to Canal City with 7-11 opposite.
Hotek staff nice and warm. Hotel super clean n new. Room window can open little for fresh. JR Hakata walk 6 mins. Sub way /Airport express near by. Around have supermarket, food, shop is easy.
It's beautiful and the service is very good. It is a recommended hotel that all the staff (including cleaning staff) feel very good.
I stayed in a double room for 8 consecutive nights without meals.
The interior of the room is just wonderful because Daiwa House is doing it. It was really easy to use.
What was particularly good was that there was a rugged work chair.
The height of the desk matches that, so working on a computer is very easy.
The outlets are arranged perfectly and even reach the sofa, so you don't have to worry about powering up to two smartphones.

Wi-Fi has a fairly good speed of 90MB downlink, but streaming sometimes has a read wait.
Since there are 4 pillows, it was convenient to be in a reclining position.
The air purifier has a humidifying function.

The temperature of the air conditioner can be set in 0.5 degree increments on the touch panel. It can also be dry or automatic.

The reception is on the 2nd floor, so the elevator always stops on the 2nd floor. A card key is required to operate the elevator.
There are FamilyMart on both sides and Seven on the other side of the road. If you go in the direction of Gion Station, there is a restaurant area so you don't have to worry about eating.
It was used during the year-end and New Year holidays, but the staff who did not feel it was also good.
If you skip room cleaning, you can get a Megurizumu eye mask, which is a good service.
(There is a part that I did not get because it was troublesome to go to the front desk)
It's too comfortable to stay in the room for a long time, so I'm glad I chose this place.
