The hotel is new and chic. The layout of hotel room is logical. For the low price of hotel room, you won't regret it. Despite it's situated next to a graveyard, I got good night sleeps all the way. Thumbs up.
Nice boutique hotel located just a short walk to Canal City and the Yatai street stalls.
Staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are typically small/compact Japanese style with a very functional but small bathroom.

Stayed for 3 nights. Book online for best price. Room was very small and compact but expected. Staff was friendly. Welcome drinks given at checkin, beer or orange juice. Building and rooms were modern and clean. Good location between Hakata station and Canal city.
Nice and modern hotel beside Hakata Canal City with comfortable rooms. Breakfast is pretty good and you get a welcome drink upon check in. Cons: no self laundry and noise from the street is clear from the rooms.
